Future Energy Skills’ new Industry Centre in Clayton is a purpose-built facility that accommodates training, assessment, and industry engagement functions for Victoria’s energy and electrotechnology sectors. The design supports flexible learning environments, assessment rooms, and administrative areas tailored to the organisation’s mission to build workforce capability. The facility balances functional clarity with durable finishes and efficient circulation to suit high daily use by students, professionals, and industry partners.

Internally, the layout organises dedicated training spaces, assessment zones, breakout and support areas to accommodate a range of licensed electrician assessments, refresher courses, and workforce development initiatives. Spatial planning emphasises clear wayfinding, adaptable room configurations, and a welcoming reception experience to support both candidates and administrative operations.
