The Cremorne Residence is a contemporary home designed to balance openness with privacy within a dense inner-city context. The project explores clean geometry, restrained material choices, and carefully considered spatial relationships to create a calm and functional living environment.

Large openings and controlled sightlines connect internal spaces to outdoor areas, allowing natural light to define the character of the home while maintaining a sense of enclosure and comfort.

Internally, the layout prioritises clarity and flow, with living, dining, and private zones arranged to support everyday use and long-term adaptability. Material selections and lighting are used to create warmth and continuity throughout the home, while subtle detailing reinforces a refined, contemporary aesthetic.

The result is a considered residential project that balances architectural restraint with livability, responding to both its urban context and the needs of its occupants.
