Quest Flemington Central is a multi-storey serviced apartment development designed to accommodate short and extended stays within a dense urban context. The project required a balance between durability, comfort, and operational efficiency, while maintaining a contemporary aesthetic consistent with the Quest brand.
The design approach focused on creating calm, functional interiors that support a wide range of guest needs, from business travellers to longer-term occupants.
Internally, the apartments and shared areas were planned to maximise spatial efficiency and usability. Material selections prioritise longevity and ease of maintenance, while lighting and finishes contribute to a warm, neutral atmosphere.
The project delivers a consistent and adaptable accommodation environment that aligns with Quest’s national standards while responding to the specific conditions of the Flemington site.
